WHY why why does the elevator in my apartment block smell like urine constantly.

I don't understand.

There are adjuma's that clean the elevators and hallways all the time so WHY does it smell?

Does someone pee in there everyday to ensure the smell?

I often take the other elevators just so I don't have to smell it.

Ohhhhhh pee.
