We stayed in a convienent love motel that had lovely framed nude photos and of course, porn on the big plasma tv!
Some friends were running their first race ever, Jessica was celebrating her one year anniversary of running her first one and I was still finishing a 10k at 1 hour 5min.
I was finally able to meet up with my old friend Noelle with whom I shared a hotel room with at the Prince hotel when we first arrived.
It was fun. and hot!

My new theory? Since we are all training for longer distances than we ran Sunday, and are therefore training at slightly slower pace than our 5/10k pace, it makes sense that we were a bit slower than we planned.
Of course, I'm the queen of justification.
