Jaco.

In Jaco, the trees in the backyard of the cozy home turned hostel were home to these beautiful Macaw's.
They are damn loud but so pretty.


Another clear memory of Jaco was during our surf lesson where we got to see several manta rays surfing the very waves we were attempting. It was so cool. No. Cool doesn't even describe it.
It was so amazing to watch these guys swimming and surfing so naturally in the waves and doing it because it was fun.
The looked like aliens.
They are much better surfers than us.
